Impossible to terminate your contract with Netstar

I cancelled my contract with Netstar in February 2026. The contract ran for far more than 2 years. 30 days notice were given.The contract was terminated by e-mail and telephonically. One cannot phone them directly, you have to send a mail and hope they will phone you back. Numerous mails were send and I had telephonic conversations with numerous agents, without any success. Each time I was promised the problem was solved. But Netstar keep on deducting each month. I tried to stop the debit order with my bank but they still manage to push the debit order through every month. Be very careful to enter into a contract with Netstar.
