Impossible to cancel your service.

Netstar and Netstar Go. After years of loving you I now wouldn't recommend you to anyone. I wish there was a way to give you zero stars!

Please STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER. I have called you twice, I have emailed requesting you to stop and yet here we are 6 months later and you've debited me again!!!! It is ridiculous and I have now asked my bank to report you to PASA for Debit order abuse. You no longer have my authority to debit my account I have reversed and rejected your debit order through the bank 5 months in a row and here we are with yet another month of you taking money out of my account, without my authority. I want a response and I want this cancelled immediately!!! Totally unacceptable!
