Impossible to cancel account
<p>I have been trying to cancel an account since August 2016. After numerouse emails and promised that the account will be cancelled, they just took another payment. Not sure if they are plain *********** or puposely *****ling my money.</p>

This issue has now been resolved and refund provided for the incorrectly debited ammounts. There is no satisfactory explanation, other than, "There was a system error".
