Im at risk of not being paid because of Netstar

I have an ehailing business and Netstar is supposed to install a device which keeps track of my km. They called me to ask if i give them authorization to do that 2 weeks back and still nothing has been done. I called them to remind them and no one seems to know what im talking about. On the other hand my insurance has sent an sms saying i wont be covered if this this device is not installed. Now im at risk just because of Netsstar. They told me they were gonna call me back since last week friday but nothing has happened.
