In 2006 I bought a combi from a private seller, and some years later on the 19 October 2012 I got a letter via my employer's post that I owe Netstar in Polokwane an amount of R723.99, to which I responded in writing to say I had not entered into any service agreement with them so I cannot be owing them. I have never set my foot in Polokwane. On the 31 October 2012 a garnishee order was received by my employer to dock R500 from my salary monthly until I paid off what I owed including legal costs obviously. The garnishee order was sent by Le Roux Prokureurs (P.O. Box 553, Polokwane 0700. Physical Address: 65 Biccard Street, Polokwane 0699. Tel: ********** 277. Fax: ********** 662) which acted on behalf of NETSTAR NORTH (PTY)LTD, That's how I was forced to pay for the agreement I did not sign for or apply for or ask. The previous owner was the one who fitted the device and he did not inform me of such, in any event it does not make sense that one just automatically inherit one's debt of service agreement commitments, I feel very much ill treated by these people and the court clerk that authorised this ******** act and looting of my money. Legal part of it is my concern but my biggest problem is that since 2012 I have been paying this R500 every month and I am still paying and I do not know when this will stop. if you add legal cost to R823.00 it will not add up to the money I have paid and still continue paying! I have already paid over R30 000 to date!! Please people help me here.
