******* Billing.
Altech Netstar is billing me for services that I am not receiving from them.They send me statements with no information on them exept for numbers that only make sense to them.They refuse to explain these statementsand they refuse to produce a signed contract.<br> They have now handed me over to a debt colletion agency.<br> Surely this is *******.
