Ignoring clients is business motto

I have been trying to cancel my contract with this lot for months. I have complained on this site and was advised by them that it would be resolved. Yeah right, I have sent numerous mails to a Petronella but with 0 response, don't even have the good manners to reply. Worst company on the planet, once you sign up with them you will never ever get rid of them as they couldn't care less.
