Ignored when I cancel additional subscriptions, said canccelled but still bill me monthly

I asked for the removal of the extra services like NESTAR Drive, etc, two months ago, but they **** to me over the phone, saying it was cancelled. To me, lying is kind of disrespect from professional people,e as if I have to make another call for cancelling again and wait to see whether they lie again or not
