I have been having an ongoing battle with you guys for 2 WEEKS now! EMPTY PROMISES of Netstar calling me back AND each time i call i go through to the call centre and again have to explain the whole story to someone else. THEN to put the cherry on top, today i inbox message you guys on Facebook with a response that i will be contacted, 3 HOURS LATER i respond saying STILL NO ONE has contacted me AFTER giving YOU a contact and ID number as requested. I can see you have read that second message on Facebook but yet again NO RESPONSE. You guys are SO QUICK to take OUR MONEY and set up debit orders but when we actually need some service from you, you are NO WHERE to be found. PATHETIC SERVICE. If i STILL have no contact soon i will be taking this matter further as i have exhausted all means of trying to communicate with you guys. CALL CENTRE, FACEBOOK... NOTHING is working and my insurance will not cover my car so ill send you the bill if something should happen.
