If I could give lest than a 1 star I would.

Hi I just following up on my last review of Netstar. After I posted my last review. Netstar called me and apologized for the poor service they were providing. She said that she will contact a tech to sort it out asap and yet again a other week have past and still no service.

Still I don't recommend Netstar.I can only think, if they are so poor in delivering a service. I cant see them do any beter in a emergency.
