If Altech can's repond to my query, how will they find my car?

I've had some trouble with the tracking unit in my vehicle not working. I did the self test, with no positive result. I then called the callcentre and they could not find the vehicle, with the excuse that "it might be under cover" - the vehicle was in an open air parking lot. They then said they would restest and get back to me. This was in Nov 2017, I'm still waiting. I send an email to ********** on 14 December to which I am yet to receive a response.

Admin - terrible Customer service - terrible Will they find your car? Well they definitely wont find mine as the unit is not working and no-one at Altech Netstar cares..
