I spoke to Mmeli Ngongo today 23/04/2024 and he was so kind. See the thing is my dad stays off grid so it means he has no little cellphone reception and no electricity at all so it becomes a pain for most of us to actually get hold of him. Mmeli didn’t give up at first try, he not only assisted me and my father with a conference call so that my dad can give consent but Mmeli went as far as attempting several times to get hold of my dad. Long story short thanks to Mmeli and his resilience I was able to get all the information that I needed to submit to my insurance claim. I truly am grateful for his help as well as his personality.
