I regret the day I started a relationship with Netstar

I would wish that the stars be removed for non-deserving service providers like Netstar. I have discontinued/cancelled the service with a formal notification send to about 4 different individuals including their legal department but every month they deduct from my account.The following people/BU received my cancellation Mmamotlatsi Manqele , ***, *** and *** but they are still accessing my bank account *******ly. Mmamotlatsi confirmed the services to be terminated but they are still debiting my account. When I query,a nameless person asks me to provide the info which is on the same cancellation letter which really waste my time.
