I regret signing with Netstar

Good Day, two years ago we made deal with them for our 14 vehicles. Please be aware about them. 1. Every three months they ıncrease prices. 2. System is not working 100 percent. You can check where is the vehicle, it shows wrong place. It stucks somewhere and whole day it shows vehicle is there. 3. Till you sign contract they are very good, but after that there is no service or something. Even they do not reply your messages. 4. They do not service for their system, and than after while vehicle does not appear in the app.
