I regret signing with Netstar

Very slow response time to emergencies. Had two incidents with my Taxify drivers driving my car. One instance the driver got held at gunpoint, he kept pressing the panic button multiple times but no help came for him. Netstar called me, told them to send emergency response asap but they still delayed, claiming that they are trying to get hold of the driver. How the heck will he be able to answer his phone while in danger. Driver managed to escape on his own after +30 minutes. Second instance, i got an impact alert (my second driver), i called my driver by he wasn't picking up, i called netstar immediately to send emergency response... again, they delayed so much that i had to call multiple times harrassing different people before I could finally get them to send emergency response. Now my car got written off months ago but am still forced to pay Netstar each month for the next 3 years. Stay away from Netstar
