I paid netstar to keep my vehicle safe but it turns out they have deals with third parties that they give access to about your locations. I know this because I was targeted at a shopping mall by agents who get live locations from a company that was supposed to assist you in emergencies. These people have equipments in their cars similar to the ones that would be used to track a ****** vehicle but they are assisted by netstar. I wouldn’t recommend netstar to any person owning a vehicle
