I need to follow up, give call backs

I need to follow up, give call backs. No email will say, what time will it be call me? I have had numerous issues with the system. Driving & I get a message that I have pushed the emergency button. I am driving & both my hands are on the steering wheel. When I ask to speak to a mana, they put me through to the part or workshop assistance. That is ridiculous
