I mistakenly thought Netstar was actually having a contract with me and I remember when they called I told them I have a CarTracker contract in place already. I requested my refund but to find out that I was wrong it wasn't Netstar. Thanks to Thabang Zono who helped me, he was polite and straight to the point on how to assist me.
