I have had a bad experience with netstar, I recently bought a car at webuycars brackengate and I agreed for them to put a tracker on my car but before i even signed up a lady from netstar phoned me saying they received a callback request from my profile of which at that time I didn't had any account with them.Now that I signed up with them I logged into the netstar app and I see another car being tracked on my profile and I have tried to tell them to remove the car as I only own a Ford but all they tell me is they will do an internal investigation. The second car is owned by one of webuycars brackengate worker and I have told him to remove the vehicle because I never agreed but it seems as if he can't and even today I emailed them and all they did was to log me out of their app .I can't even log into the netstar app
