I hate Netstar. Customer Services is horrible!

I hate Netstar!!! Their customer service has just gotten me sooo mad!!! I've been trying to cancel my old vehicle tracker since last year December 2019 after my vehicle was involved in an accident and written off. I requested for a new tracker to be fitted in my new vehicle, dololo! I had to opt for another tracking company.... But to date my old written-off vehicle is still not canceled. It's almost a year now.
