I doubt my car is safe under netstar watch....they sold me a lie.!!!!!

I feel like my car is not safe under netstar tracker when i was sold the product I was convinced the top of the range would suite my budget and my car I took one that has 2 tags as well as a panic button. Most of the time when you log on to their app you get incorrect locations as long as the previous day I once called in and was told the location depends on the network that they pick up....secondly i I was told as soob as you drive the car with out a tag they pick up the car as ****** I decided to take out my tag I believe on Sunday last week to prove their case up to now I haven't received any call asking me if I'm ok most of all I was given a panic button that I intentionally pressed on Tuesday night to see their response as i believe you can't have a tracker and you don't know how they operate. Today is Wednesday at night and my car wouldve been ****** or I would have been hijacked 2 days ago and pressed the panic button withno response let alone I've been driving it with no tag I'm currently doubting if my car is safe under netstar watch and I'm very disappointed and have considered looking for a better car tracker that I can deem competent to satisfy my needs..Emanuel ***
