I dont wanna deal with you people again

I have received a bad experience regarding Altech Netstar, i was happy when one of yours consultant phoned me lat year Feb about the tracking device for my car. The consultant took my all my details including banking details and told me that once i've taken my car for installation, the billing will start the following month. It all started when i got the phone call after 3 month saying that they had a technical problem with their system so they were unable to bill all their customers. Well I paid the amount for 3 months. In August last year i've changed my banking details and the bank informed all my credit providers regarding debit orders, Altech Netstar even confirmed on the 02 Sept about the change of debit order for month end. Then again on the 22 Nov i receive another call for the very same thing and i told them again to debit the amount from my account as the debit order was set for the payment. I was schocked whem i recieved a call from Creditworx on the 14 May 2015 saying that my contract has been cancelled and my account has been handed over of which they did'nt notify me and they told me to pay R6100 cancellation fee of which is ridiculous. Im very very upset .
