I don't understand ...

<p>I was insured with 1st for women and my Netstar payment was included in my premium.when I cancelled with 1st for Women, I advised Mavis Mahau in December that my bank details changed from FNB to ABSA , so she should change them , I received an invoice for R 90.14, paid it in Jan and that was that or so I thought.</p> <p>In Feb Lawrence Moloi called me and told me my DO bounced again - I gave him my ABSA details again.</p> <p>I cancelled my tracker in March and was told by Tumelo Mo***eng the amount of R 500 will be deducted from my account and would be cancelled as per my request. this morning the amount of R 498.60 was deducted from my account - why ? because some lady whom I've never spoken to in my life named Lydia Madlala decided to re-activate my account in April - now nothing has gone off my account since this woman reactivated my account in April AND YOU GUYS CLEARLY HAVE MY CORRECT BANK DETAILS so what happened ?_ what I want is for my cancellation to be back dated and my R 498.60 refunded _today _</p>
