I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE SOOOOOO INEFFICIENT AND USELESS
I moaned about Netstar in December 2025 as they have been literally harassing my daughter about an unpaid amount that she has received a letter from them STATING THAT SHE DOES NOT OWE THEM THIS MONEY. Their accounts department continue to contact her and harass her and threaten her. This needs to stop now as they have stated she does not owe them anything and she has emails confirming this !! Please HELP SOMEONE !!! How many times must we complain about this !!
