I called into Netstar yesterday because I was experiencing issues logging into the App. Njabulo assisted me with escalating the matter to their IT department. He then called me again today to confirm that IT had reset my login details and assisted me with login into the App successfully. Amazing service received from Njabulo, he is an asset to Netstar!
