Hybrid Collections

I’m very disappointed with you guys. I keep receiving phone calls and messages from some Hybrid company claiming to be calling on behalf of netstar. This morning they have even send me an email. They keep saying my account has been handed over to them for collection and I know very well that my account is up to date. This is very annoying and makes dealing with very unpleasant.

Please fix this urgently as this is very irritating. This means you guys are able to just give out your customers details to third parties meanwhile the contact that we have is with netstar.

I need someone to please attend to this matter and give me feedback on how you planning to resolve this matter. I'm not gonna be dealing with this guys anymore, I signed up for a vehicle tracking device with you guys not for this.

I'm sooo irritated.
