How do you call a hijacked person when he is not the one reported the case? That just show you he is in danger.

My husband was hijacked on the 19 February, I was on a call with him when this happened, I heard all the conversation between him and the hijackers, when he begged them to take the car and spare his life, heard him scream when they threatened to shoot him and I hanged up the phone and called Netstar immediately..to my surprise, Netstar called him on his phone and connected me and him on the same call and asked him if he is OK, that his wife reported that he is been hijacked, he said he is fine I could hear that he isn't and still told the guy from tracker that he is not himself and I can hear by how he is responding, only to find out that the hijackers pointed him with the gun and said he must respond and say he is fine. I still don't understand how do you contact a hijacked person on their fone, what do you expect to happen. I was so disappointed with how Netstar dealt with this case and my husband nearly lost his life in that process.
