How can it take 14 days to (not) test a Unit???

I called on 12th February to test equipment in two vehicles, was told they'd call me back. Called again on the 17th, was told they would call me back. Called again, and was told the very same thing. REALLY?!!!!! I've written TWO emails to customer services and still NO RESPONSE. Why does it take having to complain publicly on Hello Peter to get someone to do the job they were supposed to do in the first place???? That is if someone actually bothers to get back to me - this is disgusting service and not what I would expect from Altech! If my insurers won't cover me if my vehicle is ******, would you like to be held responsible??
