Horrible services with heartless employees and ****s themselves

On Friday the 29th of October 2021, our car was ****** it got hijacked at Bara Hospital by the gate, in the car I had my 2 year old son of which those people they were beating me infront of my child strangled me telling me they want money I tried to drove off but they pointed me a with a gun those guys they were 2 of them the other said shoot this bustard and I said please don't hurt me I finally stopped the car the dragged me out of the car and went with it. Earlier on that Friday my wife got a sms notification it Wa 07:00am and this was the sms we received "Netstar received an alarm for Reg HD82YNGP at 2021-10-29 07:00. Reply 1 if all in order or 2 for assistance. #Ref{‪***‬}" we did not reply at 07:08 Netstar phone to ask if the car was safe and we told them the car is safe, 3 hours after that the car was hijacked my wife called netstar exactly at 10:21am to inform netstar of the incident she spoke to a lady I cannot remember the name at 10:32 she called again to find out what was the way forward we were told that the recovery team has been notified of the matter at 10:54 I received a call from ‪***‬ I spoke to a white guy who told me that the car has been recorved and the found the people who stole the car they have the car with them we must come to Moroka Police Station and speak with those guys who hijacked us as they are saying we owe them which was a lie they said this is a civil matter and in civil matters they don't get involved and they asked if we have open the case because there is no need to open a case they threatened me that they will arrest me I mustn't open the case. At 12:33 my wife called ‪***‬ to find out exactly what is going to happen as they have recovered the car and the guys who stole it she spoke to Boitumelo who asked why are we opening the case because we owe these people when she ask how sure is he that we owe this guys he laughed and said we just need to talk to those guys because he will be arrested as this is ********** I ended up asking the guy if he knows something that I don't know because clearly he knows this people and I cannot be notified my car isn't safe the next moment it's gone I am calling people who needs to make sure I am safe but instead they are threatening me on top of that with a 2 year old child in the car we ended in an argument with Boitumelo who said we accusing Netstar but clearly it was Netstar who hijacked us because it doesn't make sense why we mustn't open the case and why we were being threatened such horrible experience Netstar is bull**** I need those people to be found and action must be taken with immediately effect those guys don't even deserve those jobs such cruelty and. Heartless people I want these divices to be removed in both of our cars with immediate effect and cancel their **** contract evil people I regret why I even took netstar I am so disappointed and frustrated I just want that **** divices out of our cars immediately.
