Horrible service. Thier devices are unreliable.

i got hijacked at a petrol station and i immediately phoned netstar to help track my car. the shocking part i was told my device last sent a signal three days before my car was hijacked. I was put on hold for a almost 20min. They never called back to check if i was ok or to assist me in calling the police. How ever with the help of Tyeks Security Services i managed to recover my Vehicle on the same day. After recovering my car i called them to tell them but till today three weeks after the incident there hasnt been any communication with netstar. This is unacceptable business conduct. They cannot be trusted. They sent me a logbook but it shows trips only upto the 15 of March. The hijacking trips are not even there. Surprisingly i just logged into the website and the device is working. All the promises they make of quick recovery are false. I feel there is no to subscribe with them.
