Horrible service from Netstar

Netstar is the worst tracking company ever. After endless calls and emails, Katlego Mathekga from retentions at Netstar eventually confirmed on the 4th of August 2026 that they had canceled my subscription/account. However, on the 23th of August, the debit order was still taken from my account. Dealing with Netstar is truly exhausting. This comes after they failed to track my vehicle since February 2026, all while continuing to debit my account. Horrible service!!!!!!"
