Horrible service

Netstar tracker company handed over my name to lawyers after i have tried to call them to tell them that the bank account register is no longer working can they change the acc so that we arrange a debit but no one even called to tried and get to know if i have an issue with an acc,i went on their whatsapp got a ref to be called in 48hours and no one did ,wrote on their page on twitter still no assistance, only yesterday i got a statement of how much i owe and i made a payment immediately after finally seeing their banking details. I am so disappointed that they handed my acc to their lawyers when they did not even try to call me.I can not wait to cancel their pathetic tracker.They couldn't even call me for notification when i was removing the battery from my car changing to a new battery.
