HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE Have gotten so far unbelievably horrible service from Netstar ,a simple thing to just have a payment allocated to my profile and be sent an updated statement had so far taken donkey years. No feedback and i keep calling and emailing all i am told is i will get feedback from the next person and the next person will advise that i will get feedback from the next person. No one knows what or who should assist me. They all seem clueless to a simple request. I wonder if it is to be that i need a service. Aneshree Pillay and Lebogang Photo are the people i have sent emails to and i have to keep asking for feedback from them which i never get. PATHETIC
