HORRIBLE SERVICE

Never in my life have I received such bad service. I suggest that you PEARL for the training she lacks people skills neither does she know what customer service means. I am calling out of frustration and all she does is talk over me, she asked me a question as I am explaining she talks over me and has the audacity to disconnect the call, someone needs to download that call and listen to it I took a contract with you guys last week already until this day no one has bothered to call me with an update as to when the fitment is going to happen and when I call I get people like Pearl. I just wonder what kind of service will I get the day I have to report a missing car if we deal with people like pearl who lacks empathy like that on just a simple follow-up call. I am shocked for days.
