Horrible Servicd

In October 2022 changed my job and salary date changed. I logged into my account and changed the date to the 1 yet every month my account would be debited on the 25 leaving me with unpaid debit orders of R130. I stilled stayed. I eventually called the call centre to change the and this was also not done after we called twice. Leaving me with more unpaid debits. I called in to cancel early this year and this was also not done. Every single month my account is being debited and I have to pay unpaid debits. This is becoming a real problem and I had enough now. Who needs to keep paying for these unpaid.
