Horrible Netstar

Easily this year I got a call from one of the companies that work with Netstar selling a R69 companion thing, I rejected it, to my surprise they added R69 to my monthly payment. I called Netstar several times to try and cancel without help, resulted in calling in to cancel the whole contract with them, I spoke to Solomon Makhula Netstar agent that promised to call me back but didn’t. Lastly who gave Netstar the right to give away our data?
