Horrible experience with SJTracking PMB which is a Netstar partner

Horrible experience with SJTracking PMB which is a Netstar partner. NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE. Their tracking device killed my brand new motorbike battery. Didn't take responsibility. They **** that it was the bikes battery or charging system , while the bike was brand new. We even did a test by disconnecting their tracking device and I bought a new battery. Bike was working perfectly without the tracking device. Clearly it was a faulty connection. But they refused to take ownership. I will never deal with this horrible branch or Netstar. Cartrack installed new tracking device for my bike no issues.
