Horrible customer service

I had an Altech Netstar tracking device fitted on my car a month ago. The device never worked from the time that it was fitted and when I called to get assistance I was told that they would call me back but no one did. The fact the tracking device was not working is something that I had to figure out myself because they did not pick it up on their side what scares me is that something could have happened to me and they never would have known and to make matters worse their customer service is horrible for the lack of a better word.
