HORRIBLE CAR TRACKER EVER

I've lost my money paying for car tracker for nothing..I've lost my car last week Thursday,I called nestar immediately to track were my car is,they keep on telling me that they can't find my car signal and they will call me when they receive something,I kept on calling them and they told me that they are only picking up the signal for last weeks, meaning my car tracker was not working even before the car get ****** and they never notify me about that whereas I was paying them every month.is like they work with this ********** and *****s,they switch off your cartracker before they come and ***** your car..Ive waited for their call even today they haven't call or give me any feedback regarding the whereabout of my car.what is the use of having a car tracker if your car get ****** and they can't track it.NETSTAR is useless
