HOPE NETSTAR IS NOT AS SLOW TO TRACK CARS AS THEY ARE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS!

I am struggling to get my late husband's Netstar contract cancelled. I phoned twice today, first time I was put through to Cancellations and there was not answer. Second time I was promised an e-mail sent to cancellations will ask them to call me urgently. 3 hours down the line and still no call!
