HIGHLY IRRATE CUSTOMER

I extremely disappointed , my insurance cancelled my tracking device with netstar and they confirmed it was done , I called to verify an I was put through to people who kept transferring call to other departments with no help, this morning I woke up to R478.00 deducted from my account. MAY I CLEARLY STATE THE REASON FOR MY CANCELLATION WAS THAT INFORMATION OF MY WHEREABOUTS WAS GIVEN TO MY EX WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I have tried to call client services today AGAIN NO ANSWER.
