Here we go again - providing false information

I phoned while driving with earphones on, on 07/04/2015 at 16:28. The call lasted 04:33. My car got written off after someone skipped the red robot. I found out what I must do to cancel. The lady, who's name I could not write down as I was driving gave me the cancellation fee of something like R 86 or R89 but it was between R 80 & R 90. I did not cancel that day as I was waiting for confirmation from the assessor. This morning I phoned again, now to cancel the contract. I spoke to Bheki and she gave me a number of over R 300.00 What is this? How can one give me an amount & another an amount of so much more. It's never gone smoothly with Netstar - ever. Even when I had to move or get a new unit installed into my vehicle. It has always been a hassle with Netstar. Shocking - coz how do you trust a tracking company with your car when their admin is no good.
