Helping yourself to my bank account!!!

I had a contract with Netstar,but the car was sold before end of contract,phoned my insurance to get settlement amount from netstar,and was told it's R2181-36,but yesterday Netstar deducted an amount of R2487-29 from my bank account and NOW,this Mercia person is passing the buck and wasting my time,not getting back to me.<br> Not even my insurance company can't get hold of her!!!<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!<br>
