help me understand
I am preparing for my SARS submission and in getting all my ducks in a row I discovered that I am missing my log book for September and November 2017 I the requested the missing log books from Netstar and was told that as a result of debit order being returned they can not give me my log books That being said that the returned debit orders were always double debited the next month I was then informed that my log books for the months following should not be in my possession Can someone please explain how that works They are now refusing to give me the missing log books
