Hellopeter MENU Money maker's and clients ******s A review of Altech Netstar by Money maker's and clients ******s

I wrote my complaint at hellopeter, on 13 June 2018. About altech netstar, and they phone me and said they will investigate the matter and come back to. Because they said they have informed me that if the contract expire in will be billed on month 2 moth basis, upto now she never came back. On the 25th I received a missed call, when I phoned I was told it was Precious who called, I request to be transferred to her they refused they said she will call me. The following day a spoke to her she is explain that I'm waiting for Netstar to come back 2 me, she said she will followup with nester and she never come back 2 me. And I told her that I can't answer the phone during the day. They can call at 16h30. Today I received email saying that now I'm owing R1286. FRom R428.44 they say I'm owing before.

If you don't continue with them they treat you like dety or they want to force you. I want them to give proof that they informed me that when the contract expire in will be on month to month because they never told me. I already had tracker in place knowing that the contract expires I can't pay for two. Why did I sign the contract if its not valid. Were is the contract for month to month they talking about?? Please they must send me that contract.
