Harassment from staff and wrongly accused

my name is Nobuhle Khoza and i just joined netstar in June. someone at Netstar went and added my number to someone who is owing netstar about R38000 and now I'm getting calls about money i must pay. it also happens that she is also Nobuhle Sawoni. I keep telling the agents that im not her and ask them to remove my number from her profile but they just say they will and some of them hang up on me when i try to explain.im frustrated of these calls every day. i feel like even cancelling this plan with them coz im being harassed my my name is clean. If nothing is done about this i might as well join this Nobuhle Sawoni and not pay my premium coz im already accused wrongly My account no is ***1
