Harassment from Netstar legal department.

RE: Account number *** (closed a year ago). Netstar has been harassing me for a payment they say is outstanding however the account was closed a year ago. Cancellation references has been given on 2 occasions (19 Feb 2021 - cas***C8L5 / 8 Mar 2021 - cas***-Z3Q2) Please assist in getting this issue resolve without legal intervention. We will NEVER recommend your services to anyone if this is the service they will receive after cancellation... of a 21 year old policy!
