Harassment and poor management 2

On the 6 April 2018 I wrote a review here on hellopeter about altech netstar. I was contacted on the 9 April 2018.My query has not been solved and the rude consultants are standing their ground that I have to pay them.How can you give my car a temporary registration number whereas it has its own registration. Making it look like I have two cars!Making me pay for the unit that is not working!I think now is time for the ombudsman.
