Harassed over payment for car I no longer own. GTFOHWTBS
I have had countless calls and threats being made to me by this company for a car I no longer own. Before I let go of my car last year I let them know that the car will no longer be under my name and they told be I am bound to them for a 2 year contract and would need to pay R777.24. I explained to the gentleman that it makes no sense for a person to pay for something they no longer own just as it wouldn't make sense for a dead person to continue paying say a loan or policy, no matter how long they signed a contract for.
Most recently one lady called first with an American accent which quickly faded and switched to a coloured accent after I told her I am not going to make payments for reasons stated above. She then told me she's going to put my name through to be listed at the bureau and I told her she can do what she wants. I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE!!!
I'd appreciate it if you stopped calling me and harassing over something so stupid.
