Happy monday!
I was pleasantly surprized by the friendly & positive attitude the staff showed while i was waiting. Thank you Thembi for your friendliness, it made the waiting so much shorter. A lot of people could learn from this lady where customer service is concerned! GIVE HER A CROWN!
